Recruiting for technical roles can be daunting even for experienced recruiters who shift towards tech. We've developed "TALK TECH TO ME", a tech upskilling course to guide corporate or agency recruiters into the IT universe and sourcing for tech roles.

We had the first edition of Talk Tech to Me back in October 2020. In these last 2 years, we had 10 editions (open & custom) and close to 200 recruiters enrolling and following the program. 

​

We've improved the content with every new edition. Participants in the latest edition unanimously awarded us the 5 star recognition - we're grateful and aware the bar is high.

We're now opening registrations for the fall edition of 2022: 15/09 - 29/09, calling for more tech recruiters to be part of the growth journey. 

​

One of our main focus since setting up Itworx as a tech recruitment agency has been on upskilling our technical competencies. Getting developer courses, reading continuously, getting trained by others, talking with experts, researching every acronym and making sense of the IT ecosystem have widened our perspectives and taught us a new language that we use successfully when sourcing and running interviews with engineers of all breeds.

We've developed the TALK TECH TO ME program having in mind the goals, needs and challenges that corporate and agency recruiters face: many roles stacking up and asking for their share of attention, high pressure from hiring managers to cover their vacancies, high candidates' expectations, a real need to differentiate and stand out from the noise of recruiters hunting into a too narrow territory.
