Who are we?
We are Madalina and Bogdan Dragoescu, two senior HR professionals who explored the HR world from various angles: as consultants, as HR business developers, as Recruiters, Marketeers, HR Managers in local or multinational companies, with a local focus or a wider global one. We started off as colleagues and partners in delivering HR solutions while we were both working for a recruitment agency. We ended up partners in life and, more recently, in setting up our own business at Itworx. What we share is a common passion for excellence and care for our customers and candidates.
What is our mission?
We are in the business of creating opportunities for professionals and leaders to change jobs and evolve. One of the industries where we are the most active is IT, as one of the most dynamic and "needy" of services in HR. But this is such a small market compared to how big and broad the need is. There is room for so many more professionals in this industry, from young boys and girls choosing a Computer Science trajectory, but also people who decide to take a turn in their careers and shift towards the IT field.
We are serious about our responsibility to give back and leave our mark to the industry. We will support the industry growth by allocating 3% of the annual revenues of ITWORX into offering online IT training and certifications to people who want to join the game. This is our way of paying it forward and growing the industry from within.
What sets us apart?
One decade ago, Google was posting in their "Things we know to be true" list, a note that stuck with us ever since: “You can be serious without a suit”. And they proved it right.
We twisted it to our own taste: We can run a meaningful business for people and organizations without being attached to a fixed office. Our office is where our candidates and clients are. Our business is about people celebrating mobility and flexibility, care for their time and environment. We’ll be flexible to meet our candidates and clients where they and we please, in a café, in co-working spaces or other cozy corners that inspire us and enable people connections. And then there’s always Skype, Slack, Zoom and the likes.
We run a business that is fully paperless, committed to protecting and securing private data, where we will role model any opportunity to go digital.
