Our client is Edenred Digital Center, technology hub where digital initiatives across the business are powered up by a team of tech pros. Edenred is a leading services and payment platform, supporting employee benefits administration across 46 countries.

As part of the company's digital transformation, Edenred has launched a major program to rationalize and modernize its IT infrastructures through a large scale private and public cloud migration, while restructuring and consolidating existing IT operations into a truly global Technology Center.

​

The Technical Project Manager will join a global Project Management team within the Global Cloud Operations department. Projects will vary but will always keep common grounds into the Infra & Cloud domain: country migrations from on prem to IaaS/PaaS public cloud, provisioning or decommissioning of servers or setup, technical upgrades or tool deployments, etc.

​

As a Technical Project Manager, your role will be to coordinate across multiple geographies and stakeholders and make sure such projects are delivered within scope, time and budgets. 

​

This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

​

• Evaluation of complex situations that require transformations and technical interventions;

​

• Definition of project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners;

​

• Coordination of diverse cross-functional and cultural groups at all levels - make sure all project members are aligned on scope, roles, understanding, timelines, etc;

​

• Escalation of any impediments to delivery, risks, issues and changes associated to the product development initiatives;

​

• Analysis, planning, building documentation, functional models, architectures and procedures;

​

• Build and enforce a change management approach that includes ownership of documentation, communication and training plans, etc;

​

• Build and enforce methods for monitoring of resources, budget, risks and value, other KPIs;

​

• Planning and execution of major milestones reviews and decision gates to complete the project lifecycle.

This role is for you if you have:

​

• High level understanding in the areas of Cloud technologies and system design;

​

• Ideally you have already been involved in cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects;

​

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with people at all levels, cultures or backgrounds;

​

• Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects;

​

• Ability to zoom in and out, keeping equal attention to big picture goals and to the project detail;

​

• Ability to quickly identify and shift to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints;

​

• Solid skills in project management, change management, strategic planning, risk management;

​

• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work;

​

• Fluent in English.
