The Scrum Master role is part of the Treasury team, focusing on development of bespoke software platforms such as: Reporting Platform to support the daily stress testing and liquidity management functions or a web-based Portfolio Management system. 

​

The company's Treasury stakeholders span across continents, with key business hubs in London, Frankfurt, Singapore and New York.

​

A LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) SM will encounter complex large-scale problems and will need to resist solving them with complex large-scale solutions. Instead, they need to leverage the spirit of Scrum and find simple ways to empower people to resolve their impediments. 

​

Your key responsibilities will be to:

​

• Lead one or two software development teams towards achieving their goals.

​

• Ensure that goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Tea as well as possible.

​

• Find techniques for effective Product Backlog management.

​

• Understand product planning in an empirical environment​.

​

• Facilitate Scrum events.

​

• Coach the Development team in self-organization and cross-functionality, helping them to reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period of time.

​

• Removes impediments to the Development Team's progress.

​

• Lead and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption.

​

• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

​
