Our client is Edenred Digital Center, technology hub where digital initiatives across the business are powered up by a team of tech pros. Edenred is a leading services and payment platform, supporting employee benefits administration across 46 countries.

As the world goes digital, so do the millions of employees in the world who receive their benefits via Edenred offering. There are several PO roles currently open, meant to lead various digital products across the group - below is one of them, but others may very well fit you.

As a Product Owner, you'll work on unifying the 60+ mobile apps worldwide into a global app factory - this is an ambitious vision that is being moved forward following a series of key milestones. 

​

This role best fits those candidates who can demonstrate their impact as a Product Owner (formal or proxy) working with a distributed software development team and global stakeholders and achieving key breakthroughs at product level.

​

​

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

​

• Work collaboratively with the Program & Product Manager(s) to transition product roadmap initiatives into epics and stories for the development teams;

​

• Provide Customer / Technical / Business Process perspectives in a collaborative manner with the team;

​

• Work with UI/UX agencies to define design requirements;

​

• Reinforce the Agile philosophy, by strengthening alignment, transparency, execution and built-in quality;

​

• Participate in system demos at the end of each sprint and provide story acceptance as per the pre-agreed acceptance criteria;

​

• Promote a Design Thinking mindset when exploring problems. 

​

​

This role is for you if you have:

​

• Experience in Vision/Roadmap creation, Portfolio/Program/Team backlog creation, refinement and prioritization;

​

• Good understanding of XML/JSON based APIs, Test Data Management, Mobile technologies (preferred), data driven decision making;​

​

• Good knowledge of non-functional requirements (security in particular);

​

• Comprehension of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they are applied in the workplace;

​

• Ability to articulate and communicate complex ideas and priorities, coupled with strong influencing & negotiation skills (with partner teams or leaders);

​

• Any previous experience working for a mobile product (in any capacity) is welcome (but not mandatory);

​

• Any previous experience / knowledge in a financial / banking / payments solution is preferred (but not mandatory);

​

• Fluent in English.
