

Training Administrator (German)
Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has established an Excellence Center in Brașov, bringing together professionals across operational and support functions.
We are looking for a Training Administrator to join the Global Learning & Development team, supporting the organization and coordination of training activities at international level.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring that training sessions are delivered smoothly, with full ownership of logistics, communication, and administrative accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure end-to-end administrative coordination of training sessions across multiple regions;
Maintain constant communication with external trainers and internal participants, including proactive follow-up via phone and email;
Confirm participant attendance and ensure accurate registration, avoiding escalations or last-minute issues;
Coordinate logistical aspects such as accommodation, venues, and availability with external providers;
Provide evaluation summaries and administrative reporting support;
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all training-related activities;
Act with a high level of ownership, self organization and attention to detail in managing recurring operational processes.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
Minimum B2 level in German and English (spoken and written);
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks;
A proactive approach, including direct follow-up and confirmation with stakeholders when needed;
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities;
Comfort working in a structured, routine-driven role with operational focus;
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Availability to participate in an onboarding program consisting of one week in Brașov and one week in Germany at the beginning of the activity.
