Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has set up a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant who will focus on SAP Transport Management (TM), along with SD & MM integrations, as part of a global greenfield S4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key functional expert for SAP TM, bridging business users and technical teams, leading transformation projects and supporting migration from SAP ERP to S/4HANA;

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and system configurations;

• Support transportation planning, execution, monitoring, and logistics execution processes. Additionnally, provide expert consulting for sales order management, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, procurement, as part of the end-to-end transportation process.

• Participate in end-to-end project work – from requirements gathering and process design to solution implementation and testing;

• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, procurement, finance, and business teams;

• Collaborate closely with developers and other consultant teams to design and deploy scalable global solutions;

• Contribute to the greenfield implementation of S/4HANA;

• Maintain change management documentation and ensure alignment with internal quality standards;

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives related to transport execution and logistics.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Solid knowledge of SAP TM and its integrations with SD, MM, FI-CO;

• Business process knowledge across any or all of the following: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Transportation Execution, Supply Chain Management;

 

• Nice to have expertise in SAP GTT (Global Track & Trace) - preferred but not mandatory;

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA – implementation and migration experience;

• Analytical and structured mindset, capable of translating business needs into SAP solutions;

• Good command of English (German is a plus, but not mandatory);

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
