Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has set up a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant who will focus on SAP Transport Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE), as part of a global greenfield S4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key functional expert for SAP TM and LE, bridging business users and technical teams;

• Participate in end-to-end project work – from requirements gathering and process design to solution implementation and testing;

• Provide functional support for logistics and transport processes;

• Customize SAP TM and LE based on business needs and SAP standards;

• Collaborate closely with developers and consultants from the headquarters in Germany to design and deploy scalable global solutions;

• Contribute to the greenfield implementation of S/4HANA;

• Maintain change management documentation and ensure alignment with internal quality standards;

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives related to transport execution and logistics.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Solid knowledge of SAP TM and Logistics Execution processes (inbound & outbound transport execution);

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA – ideally within TM, LE, SD, or MM modules;

• Good overview of UI5, Fiori, and OData APIs;

• Analytical and structured mindset, capable of translating business needs into SAP solutions;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM);

• Good command of English (German is a plus, but not mandatory);

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
