

Team Lead - EMEA Recruitment
Our partner is a well-established technology & operations center in Bucharest, part of one of the world's leading financial groups.
This role coordinates the EMEA Recruitment team, which manages end-to-end hiring processes for key European subsidiaries including the Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and more. The team’s scope is continuously expanding as new markets are added to its service portfolio.
You’ll oversee recruitment efforts across multiple countries, supporting and guiding you talent enablement team to ensure effective and consistent hiring practices across the region.
Your key responsibilities will revolve around:
Support and coach the recruitment team in delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process;
Oversee and support the full-cycle recruitment process (from sourcing to offer) across various markets in EMEA, ensuring alignment with business needs, primarily in the banking and financial services industry;
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, helping shape recruitment approaches, advising on market trends, and building long-term trusted relationships;
Drive the design and implementation of sourcing strategies, while optimizing the use of tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct search — and coordinating efforts with external agencies where relevant;
Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS, promoting best practices across the team;
Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting, offering insights to improve performance and inform strategic decisions.
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
Strong track record in recruitment, with part of that experience involving international roles or markets;
Leadership skills proven in a formal or informal people management role;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluent in English. Any additional international language is a plus;
A proactive mindset, focused on building relationships, delivery and quality.
