The company has a proven track record of 10+ years in the enterprise data integration and management space, growing consistently year on year and supporting Fortune 1000 customers making sense of the data (among them AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone, GlobalPayments, etc).

The company's platform processes data from multiple customer systems, enriches it with real-time insights and transforms it into a patented Micro-Database - one for every customer, based on particular requirements. To maximize performance, scale and security, every Micro DB is compressed and individually encrypted. It is then delivered in milliseconds to fuel quick, effective and pleasing customer interactions.

As the Technical Development Lead, your role will be twofold: you'll lead and mentor the Java development team, and also deliver hands on development work, being responsible for owning the solution (functional and non-functional) delivered to the customer durign the project lifecycle stages.

The teck stack is: Java, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, other relational&NoSQL databases, ElasticSearch, Kafka, All public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

As a Technical Development Lead, your role will be to:

• Provide hands-on technical and functional input to design, maintenance, build, integration and testing of software components as per the functional and technical design specifications;

• Work jointly with the Product team on the roadmap and add value to the customers;

• Lead a team of 10 developers, focusing on creating an engaging environment, setting goals and enhancing performance and motivation for each team member;

• Establish a learning and innovation culture for constant improvement of software engineering processes and programs;

• Deliver code reviews and constant technical feedback;

• Suggest technical solutions and idetify areas for automation.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to:

• Good understanding of Enterprise software backend architectures (scalable, distributed systems);

• Experience in a formal or informal role leading development efforts and people towards achieving common objectives;

• Solid knowledge of Java, SQL&NoSQL databases;

• Ability to communicate the design and implementation of software systems including relevant strenghts or weaknesses and reasons for implementation decisions;

• Fluent in English.
