Our client is part of Next40/FT120, the index for the fastest-growing French companies, acting in the IT&C retail sector.

The company uses  innovative and advanced proprietary technologies that are developed by the internal software development team that is setting up a base in Romania.

As a Tech Lead for the Romanian team, you will have the chance of shaping the Romanian IT team from scratch.

You will also spend part of your time developing the projects that have been entrusted to the local team, until the team is big enough and autonomous.

You will manage the daily tasks of the team and you will be responsible for its efficiency, its quality of work and its capacity to deliver in time.

You will work in close cooperation with the Product Owner in France, but you will wear the hat of a Scrum Master.

This job is for you if :

● You are well experienced leading tech teams

● You feel like a start-up entrepreneur and ready to be a team builder

● You are experienced developing in PHP & JS (especially Symfony and VueJS)

● You are an open-minded, agile and  enjoy challenges

● You are able to find the balance between the quality of the deliverables and the ability to deliver

● You speak French and this would be a great plus. However, fluent English is a minimum requirement.
