Senior HR Technology Specialist (SuccessFactors)

We have an opportunity for an HR Systems Specialist (Senior level) who focuses on SuccessFactors technology.


The employer (our client) is an international company with a sustained history of producing technology products that have a lasting impact in the world - printing equipment, industrial products, watches, micro devices, etc.


This role is part of an international team that works at regional level (Europe) to consolidate the HR systems and processes.


Your work will support and impact the European countries under your scope (UK, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Romania, etc) in their efforts to adopt unified HR technologies (the SAP SuccessFactors suite).


The company has implemented various SF modules over the last years and continues its journey to enhance, roll out new developments and integrations to make the HR tech ecosystem as efficient and user friendly as possible.


This role best suits those candidates who enjoy working in enterprise environments, with international colleagues, partners and stakeholders. It's the type of role where you'll make use of your project management skills, building on your technical SF knowledge and the business understanding.




Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:


  • Shape and manage complex HR tech solutions (enhancements, integrations, etc);


  • Lead high-impact projects that make a real difference across the organization, keeping everything on track;


  • Be the go-to-person for systems issues, whenever outages appear;


  • Partner with the system integrators (external vendors), support and monitor their performance;


  • Work closely with senior leaders, HR teams and other external technology vendors to deliver top results.



To thrive in this role, you'll need to have:



  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally 2-3 modules (certifications are a plus, but not mandatory);


  • Strong project management skills and the stamina to push things forward;


  • Experience in HRIS implementation and integration;


  • Strong communication and influencing skills;


  • An analytical mind with a flair for process improvement;


  • Autonomous player, proactive, open to challenges.
