Our client an international automotive supplier specializing in complex mechatronic components. With production and development locations across Europe, Asia and the Americas, the company supports leading automotive manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking a System Administrator Client Software to be part of the newly started Expertise Center in Sibiu (Cisnadie).

As IT – System Administrator Client Software, you ensure the smooth operation of workplace systems and provide reliable support to employees on all software- and client-related topics. You contribute to a standardized, secure, and well-documented client infrastructure environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based client systems

• Distribute and update software using centralized management systems such as SCCM, ManageEngine, or Intune

• Drive automation initiatives within the End User Computing environment

• Document system changes, installation procedures, and support cases

• Select and standardize client hardware components

• Collaborate with other IT departments to implement and roll out new software solutions

• Train and support employees in the use of standard workplace software

To thrive in this role you would need to have

• Proven experience in client system administration and software distribution

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM

• Strong communication skills combined with a service-oriented mindset

• An independent, structured, and solution-focused way of working

• Good command of English language
