Our client is a Swiss global leading company in its field, with operations in Romania for almost 20 years. The company is expanding its operations in all areas of activity, with no exception in IT&C. The IT division is undertaking several consolidation projects, digitization adapting to the new realities of the world of work and is growing the team in Ploiesti and Brasov.

If you have the technical expertise, the drive and a can do attitude, we would welcome you as a candidate for the System Administrator role in any of the 2 locations (1 role in Brasov and 2 roles in Ploiesti)

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, hardware and network equipment (switches, routers and access points)

• Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly

• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments

• Managing the smarthphones fleet using Intune

• Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

You may be the qualified candidate for the job if you have:

• Experience with modern operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, AD

• Experience with Microsoft O365 suite

• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent

• Good knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols

• Working knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices (security, storage, data protection, disaster recovery protocols, aso)

• Proven work experience in IT

• English medium+ level

• Driver license cat B
