We recruit a Senior Manager - Stability and Infrastructure Services for one of our partners acting in the financial services industry. The company has 30+ billions of revenues, presence in 40+ countries, along with corporate customers ranging in the hundreds of thousands.

The company has set up a technology center in Bucharest that coordinates major change programs and manages infrastructure and stability services for all markets and businesses of the group.

In your capacity as Stability & Infrastructure Services Manager, you'll coordinate teams that are responsible for:

• Stability ITIL processes - incident, change, request, problem management;

• Core transversal infrastructure services - AD, Monitoring, Global tools implementation, etc.

This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Define mid & long term strategy around stability & infra services, along with corresponding standards and solutions;

• Define the annual roadmap of implementing the global strategy, keeping a keen focus on improving stability (reduce P1 incidents) and change management efficiency;

• Deliver operational excellence to all business units across all services;

• Adopt and run a global operating model in an ITIL and agile framework. Run and promote follow the SUN service model.

• Secure visibility to all stakeholders around various KPIs on quality, process, budget, availability, etc.

• Define and maintain a global infrastructure services catalog, along with each market usage;

• Build and Manage a high performing global stability & infra global team - 20+ across 4 teams.

• Maintain sharp capacity planning and arbitrate if needed based on workload capacity, business expectations, infrastructure roadmaps, security and budget;

• Work with local IT leadership teams to advice on Infra services consumptions and make best recommendations to secure ideal cost/performance ratio.

• Renew and negotiate all stability and Infra services related contracts (Solarwinds, Jira, SNOW, etc).

This role is for you if you have:

• A long standing professional experience in Infrastructure and service management;

• Exposure to large international environments in roles that included working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the board;

• Very strong troubleshooting experience, along with excellent technical skills in Stability and Infra services (AD, Jira, Appdynamics, Solarwinds - or equivalents);

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage vertical and transversal teams;

• Financial and project management skills;

• Solution and customer oriented mindset, supported by solid stakeholder management skills. Able to build relationships at all levels in the organization;

• Autonomous personality, fast and confident decision maker.

• Fluent in English.
