

SAP Consultant - SD (Contract Management)
Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has setup a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.
We are looking for a SAP Consultants who will focus on SAP SD - Service & Rental Contract Management, as part of a global SAP support team coordinated from Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities:
You will act as a key link between business users and technical teams within the SAP SD space;
Provide Level 2 functional support for SAP SD - Contract Management processes - act as the first point of contact for incoming service tickets – evaluate, triage, and redirect to the right technical stream;
Customize the SAP SD module: adjust layouts, maintain table content, modify settings based on local or business-specific needs;
Collaborate with colleagues from Germany and Spain to align processes and ensure compliance with local requirements;
Work with sales and rental contract processes and ensure correct configuration;
Act as a consultant and coordinator for localizations;
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand needs and suggest suitable SAP customizations;
Understand how a configuration impacts the overall business process and system behavior.
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
Good knowledge of SAP SD functionality (processes, structures, data models), with a focus on configuration and customizations (for instance SM30 transaction to manage table mainatenance);
Solid understanding of business processes relevant for the contract management areas;
Strong communication skills - analytical, articulate;
Stakeholder management abilities;
Fluent in English;
German is a plus (not mandatory).
