Our client an international automotive supplier specializing in complex mechatronic components. With production and development locations across Europe, Asia and the Americas, the company supports leading automotive manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to be part of the newly started Expertise Center in Sibiu (Cisnadie).

As Internal SAP Basis Consultant, you ensure the stability, security and continuous development of the SAP system landscape. Your role directly supports business continuity, system performance and the structured evolution of the SAP environment in line with the company’s development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and further development of the SAP Basis system landscape

• Planning and execution of releases, upgrades, migrations and patch implementations

• Ensuring stable and smooth SAP system operations in close collaboration with the SAP team

• Administration and monitoring of system interfaces

• Development and implementation of a new authorization management system

• Responsibility for label and printer-related SAP topics

• Processing support requests and structured handling of error reports

To thrive in this role you would need to have

• Several years of hands-on professional experience in SAP Basis administration

• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, upgrades and lifecycle management

• Structured, solution-oriented working style with operational reliability

• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

• Completed education in computer science or a comparable technical qualification

• Fluent German and English language skills
