Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has setup a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for a Solution Architect who will lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions across the global organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the IT architecture map in the area of Identity and Access Management;

• Define IAM architecture principles, frameworks, and standards, across areas such as Identity Governance, Access Management, SSO, MFA, PAM.

• Create and maintain detailed concepts together with the Service Manager for IAM;

• Translate business requirements into technical IAM solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001);

• Ensure that the defined building blocks fit the overall architecture of the domain and of the group;

• Maintain the Enterprise Architecture Repository;

• Collaborates across the organization and is a thought leader supporting the IAM principles;

• Create and maintain high-quality architecture documentation, diagrams, and process flows;

• Support compliance and audit processes by enabling proper logging, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.

To thrive in this role, you will:

• Have a solid experience as a Solution Architect in IT (ideally with a focus on IAM) or in a broad IT leadership role; 

• Hold a TOGAF certification (ideally) or be ready to undergo TOGAF oriented training;

• Ability to think in different levels of abstraction;

• Solid IT and Business acumen;

• Strong communication and thought leadership - ability to engage at all levels in the organizations;

• Fluent in English;

• German is a plus (not mandatory).
