• Performance - Develop a culture of control & performance to assess the security level, compliance and improvements.

As a Global IT Resilience Lead, your role will be to work with the market leaders and the IT & security teams to design and implement the IT resilience & compliance strategy, across areas such as Business continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT crisis management, Business Impact Assessment.

This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Define, maintain and communicate the Group IT Resilience guidelines, toolkit and methodology (BIA methodology, IT crisis management plan, IT disaster recovery plan, business continuity plan);

• Support entities to identify IT services supporting critical business processes (through BIA or ad-hoc workshops) and help such entities to improve resilience;

• Support entities to improve their IT crisis management capabilities;

• Ensure adequate training of various Edenred staff (through crisis management exercises, e-learning, training sessions);

• Closely work with IT and non-IT stakeholders to explain and support the IT resilience strategy;

• Ensure organization and facilitation of IT resilience steering committees with business lines;

• Secure reporting and communication of IT resilience progress towards C-level;

• Perform and update the BIA for the Edenred headquarter.

This role is for you if you have:

• A proven track record of having successfully developed and implemented IT resilience projects, in conjunction with business leaders;

• Strong experience in one or all of the following: IT resilience, operational resilience, disaster recovery or business continuity;

• Experience working in large and complex international organizations where resilience / business continuity is a critical capability;

• Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks is nice to have (not mandatory though);

• Manager posture and relevant technical skills;

• Results and achievement oriented, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills;

• Fluent in English.
