Recruitment Lead - EMEA

Our client is a worldwide leading services and payments organization, supporting employee benefits administration, fleet&mobility solutions and Corporate payment services across 40+ countries. The Group brings together a unique network of 47 million employee users, 830.000 corporate clients and 1.7 million partner merchants.


To further fuel the company's growth, the HR strategy is to consolidate the regional efforts in Talent Acquisition across markets and HQ for the two key verticals: sales & products and technology.  


This will translate in better talent outrearch and a more solid candidate experience across all touchpoints.


The EMEA Recruitment Manager will work with business stakeholders, other HR leaders and external partners (RPO) to deliver on the Group's strategic initiatives - identify, map and attract top talent for the key roles in the sales & product vertical at EMEA level.


This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.



Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:


  • Define and conduct the talent acquisition strategy and processes, along with planning and KPI definition for the region;


  • Own the continuous cycle of processes related to the attraction, recruitment, selection and hiring of qualified professionals for the sales & product areas - design, change, monitor;


  • Manage the relationship with the designated RPO partner both on a strategical and tactical level;


  • Define the candidate experience framework and secure amazing and memorable experiences at all candidate      touchpoints;


  • Train and coach leaders across the board to use the company's competence framework and hire for potential;


  • Define, monitor and analyze the metrics aimed at the continuous improvement of the recruitment processes.



This role is for you if you have:


  • Experience leading TA efforts in a multicultural environment, ideally with a focus on sales or volume recruitment;


  • A process oriented mindset, where you break & build recruitment process flows;


  • Solid experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in a role where you have managed 3rd party recruitment partners;


  • Leadership skills;


  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills;


  • Open to travel for work (10-15% of the time);


  • Fluent in English.
