Senior IT Recruiter

Our partner is a well-established technology & operations center in Bucharest, part of one of the world's leading financial groups.


This position is part of the Talent Acquisition team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles in the software development lifecycle.


This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, managing a wide range of recruitment volumes and stakeholders, while sticking to a well defined process and supporting technology (Workday).


It's the type of role that requires resilience, superior stakeholder management skills and strong capacity to manage multiple processes and sourcing channels.




Your key responsibilities will revolve around:



  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer stage;


  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements;


  • Design and implement sourcing strategies using internal tools - Workday, Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, external agencies and direct outreach;


  • Guide candidates through the selection process and run interviews to assess cultural fit;


  • Prepare and present offers to selected candidates;


  • Ensure data accuracy and process compliance in the ATS;


  • Contribute to recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.




To thrive in this role, you'll have:


  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in IT recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environments;


  • Strong understanding of the IT market - roles, technologies, key players, benchmarks, etc;


  • Experience in using an ATS (ideally Workday, but any other ATS will do);


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;


  • A proactive mindset, focused on delivery, quality and collaboration.
