

QA Engineer (French)
Our partner is a global technology leader in the defense, aerospace, and security industry, collaborating with major enterprise clients across France on large-scale, high-complexity software projects.
The Romanian team plays a central role in these projects, providing end-to-end software engineering expertise — from architecture and development to testing and quality assurance.
We are now looking for French speaking QA Engineers (Manual/Automation) to join large scale development projects for enterprise or government organisations in France.
You will work alongside international teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge digital solutions used worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze functional and technical requirements to define comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria;
Design and execute manual and automated tests for web, desktop, and backend components;
Define test strategies, write test plans, and monitor test campaigns;
Develop and maintain automated test scripts (unit, functional, performance);
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.);
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve issues;
Contribute to test documentation and continuous improvement of QA processes;
Stay current with evolving tools, frameworks, and QA best practices.
To thrive in this role, you will:
Bring solid experience in software testing, both manual and automated;
Have hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.);
Understand Agile/Scrum workflows and continuous integration environments;
Be comfortable working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and REST APIs;
Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong quality mindset;
Enjoy collaborating in distributed, multicultural teams;
English and French skills - at least B2
Nice to have:
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework;
Familiarity with ALM tools and test management solutions;
Background in large-scale or security-critical environments .
