Our client is one of the fastest growing European companies (index Next40/FT120) that has set up a software development team in Bucharest. The Romanian team actively cooperates with the other subsidiaries of the company in France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland.

The company acts in the circular economy sector, giving a second life to high tech devices, in a market that has been growing substantially during the last years. 

As a Product Owner you will wear multiple hats and work with international teams:

• Be the owner of the perfect functioning and value added products and services deployed internally as well as for external partners.

• Collect the needs and opportunities for changes, establish roadmaps for the development and implementation of solutions.

• Transpose operational requests into functional and technical specifications in order to frame and carry out projects according to agile methodologies.

• Deploy solutions with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations - ROI will be the word of the day.

• Perform exhaustive functional reviews and validations before delivery in production.

• Be the strongest link with and between various stakeholders (Users, Customers, Co-workers, Developers, Managers).

This job is for you if :

• You have previous experience in product management of software applications with a special focus on Web and APIs.

• You have experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner

• Your experience would be preferably in the supply chain management and data management. Having a good skill in UX is also a plus.

• You know how to manage the Roadmap and the Backlog of one or more Product (s) in parallel, taking into account the priorities of the Businesses and / or Users, and with a constant search for ROI.

• You are rigorous, curious and have a great attention to detail. At ease with customers, you are able to present and promote your products and solutions.

• Your English is outstanding. Fluency or an upper intermediate level of French would be a plus.
