The hub operates across various programs, delivering technology products which support the banking verticals. It expands year on year, leading the bank's digital transformation and promoting its supremacy in front of its customers.

The bank has enrolled on a major transformation journey, migrating its entire portfolio of applications to cloud - GCP, across all business lines and divisions.

The Product Owner role is part of the Anti-Financial Crime division – you'll coordinate the efforts of a team that is being setup specifically for the purpose of migrating the portfolio of applications of the division into the cloud. This is a multi-year roadmap, with various adjustments that will need to be made at codebase level to ensure proper functionality and performance.

This role best suits those candidates who feel at ease navigating complex corporate environments, dealing with increased ambiguity inherent to big transformation programs and keeping their focus on achieving best results.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Work with the Cloud Program teams to define the migration requirements and roadmap for the applications in your portfolio (one at a time).

• Together with your team (approx. 7), you'll be supporting the various teams in the division with the migration efforts - you'll operate on the model of a SWAT team that has best knowledge of the target architecture and cloud challenges.

• Migrations will follow a "lift&shift" approach - however, there will be needs to rewrite and reconfigure some elements to best meet the performance or functionality requirements - you'll prioritise such epics/stories and work with your team to deliver them.

• Act as a leader, instilling confidence to the overall squad and being front-runner and exemple for the others.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Experience in an Agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe.

• Experience leading product and/or cross-functional teams.

• A background either as a Project Manager or as a Product Owner in a complex environment.

• Strong leadership skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Capable to connect the dots beyond own area considering end to end processes.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environments.

• Fluent in English.
