Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has set up a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for a SAP Consultant who will focus on SAP PM – Asset & Fleet Management, as part of a global SAP development and support team coordinated from Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key link between business users and technical teams within the SAP PM area;

• Provide Level 2 functional support for SAP PM – Asset & Fleet Management processes: analyze, triage, and resolve incidents;

• Customize the SAP PM module: configure equipment structures, asset data, maintenance plans, and adapt system settings based on business requirements;

• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Germany and other international locations to align processes and ensure compliance with corporate standards;

• Support the ongoing migration from SAP ERP R/3 to S/4HANA, ensuring proper data migration and configuration;

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow change management processes;

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose SAP PM solutions that improve efficiency.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Good knowledge of SAP PM functionality (processes, data structures, equipment management, fleet maintenance);

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM and SD modules;

• Understanding of integration with other modules (SD, MM, FI/CO);

• Analytical and structured approach, with strong problem-solving skills;

• Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory);

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum) is an advantage;

• Experience with test methods, documentation, or project management is a plus.
