PAM/IAM Security Manager

In order to protect and further develop the business, the company is implementing a worldwide Security strategy meant to strenghten its portfolio of products and applications and to drive a culture of increased security awareness of ownership.
As a PAM/IAM Security Manager, your role will be to work with the market leaders and the IT & security teams to design and implement the PAM Strategy. The role is part of the Global IT Security Operations team.
This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.
Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:
Lead the implementation of the PAM/IAM strategy as derived from the larger IT strategy (ex. migration to Cloud), security needs and regulatory requirements;
Coordinate a team of 4 IAM & PAM experts responsible of developing integrations for major platforms and applications across the group, following a global roadmap and onboarding strategy. The technology is based on SailPoint and CyberArk solutions.
Define objectives, build and implement IAM and PAM solution Roadmap (Integrations, Documentation, Guidelines, etc);
Workshop/Broadcast IAM and PAM Procedures to the targeted audiences across the globe;
Review and support the authorization model - RACI, Role management, Rights, based on security policies;
Review and produce procedures and controls to support compliance and facilitate audits;
Guarantee a continuous improvement process of provileged access, by integratign PAM with other IAM components;
Foster a Security Culture within stakeholder groups, by mentoring and training new users;
Define IAM and PAM internal and global KPIs;
Review IAM/PAM Solutions Disaster Recovery Plan, updating information or creating it whenever necessary;
Define IAM and PAM security roadmaps with technology stakeholders and co-sign roadmaps with regional leaders;
Contribute to IT budget in a timely manner, by proposing and controlling the IAM/PAM security budget in the business units;
Support the business in bids and tenders, third party questionnaires and audits.
This role is for you if you have:
Solid experience either in IAM/PAM process design or working hands-on with IAM/PAM solutions;
Experience creating, implementing, maintaining and monitoring policies, standards, procedures, programs, plans and processes;
Excellent communication skills, listening, flexibility and teamwork across cultures;
Experience working in large and complex international organizations where security is a critical capability;
Familiarity with regulatory requirements around information security and privacy (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, etc) - nice to have;
Certifications / Training courses in information security or related such IAM or PAM tools, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ - nice to have
Fluent in English.
