What you'll need is a grain of determination, an open mind and a big deal of curiosity. Bring these skills, along with the theory you've learnt in school or personal projects on:

• Java, J2EE

• SQL

• HTML, Javascript

The company is based in Bucharest  but the job can be done remotely from anywhere in Romania. You and your mentor will devise an onboarding programme that will require your presence and the office for a couple of days  once in a while.

After the first year your life can become more interesting by travelling to the customer sites and working there for a couple of weeks in a multicultural team (very good English is essential for this job).

In the compensation department things are very dynamic as well:

• your salary will grow as fast as your competences and knowledge

• your performance will be rewarded with per project or annual bonuses

• all your travel- accomodation expenses plus per-diem will be covered by the company
