Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has setup a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for an ITSM Solutions Specialist – Integrations & Workflows who will develop and improve processes and interfaces between the ITSM platform (USU Service Management) and other internal systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrations between the ITSM platform and other business-critical systems using REST APIs (JSON/XML);

• Design and implement automated workflows and process models using BPMN tools; 

• Perform troubleshooting and support for existing integrations;

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions;

• Ensure data flows and process interactions are documented and compliant;

• Participate in continuous improvement of ITSM-related tools and automations.

To thrive in this role, you will:

• have experience in REST API development, system integrations, or middleware engineering - development and documentation; 

• Have good Python skills (and other scripting languages) and experience writing REST APIs;

• Be familiar with SQL based systems (preferably MS SQL Server);

• Have a good understanding of BPMN process modelling and tools;

• Have a good understanding of the Enterprise IT environments and data exchange logic;

• Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical actions;

• Fluent in English;

• German is a plus.
