Our partner is a well-established technology & operations center in Bucharest, part of one of the world's leading financial groups.

This position is part of the HR Operations team, which is in charge of performing HR admin & back office activities for the company's global subsidiaries.

The focus of the role is to perform various administrative tasks (system records, documents) for its Italian workforce, following Italian legislation and specific company rules.

This is the type of role that requires a high level of attention to detail, resilience, as well as superior self organization and focus.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Check and record employees' absences and various types of leaves into the company's system of record - you'll receive training and support from your local and Italian colleagues;

• Prepare and issue various documents (certificates) required by the Italian employees, according to company's rules and regulations;

• Communicate constantly (verbal and written) both with the employees (via ticketing system) and with the Italian colleagues in HR;

• Get involved in various cross-functional projects.

To thrive in this role, you'll have:

• C1/C2 in Italian and B2/C1 in English;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Attention to details, ability to keep your focus during repetitive tasks;

• Willingness to learn and develop your skills in HR area;

• Team spirit.
