In order to protect and further develop the business, the company is implementing a worldwide Security strategy meant to strenghten its portfolio of products and applications and to drive a culture of increased security awareness of ownership. 

As an Information Security Manager, your role will be to steer all security initiatives for one of the 3 global business lines of Edenred - Fleet & Mobility - EMEA region. 

This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Mix of people management (team of 4 security experts) and hands on security work, implementing the various security initiatives for UTA (Union Tank - an Edenred company);

• Deploying Group Information Security Policies across UTA EMEA (Fleet & Mobility), including the creation and update of local procedures; 

• Build and Lead the Information Security roadmap, including projects and run activities - this is done in collaboration with Infrastructure, Workspace, Architecture, Application peers;

• Promote security awareness among the Business units, from end users to top management;

• Report security risks and mitigation plans to management;

• Support the business stakeholders in bids and tenders on security related topics;

• Promote and steer the IT Resilience program (BIA, DRP implementation);

• Lead information security audits on key providers, making sure audit recommendations are further captured into the IT roadmaps and activities;

• Manage and report security incidents and vulnerabilities with local and global stakeholders;

• Lead Application security, including pentests supervision, security by design, application risk analysis and remediation, code reviews, etc;

• Lead Identity and Access Management activities, reviews and projects;

• Implement and perform security controls, inlcuding collection, analysis and sharing of security KPIs, with associated improvement action plans.

This role is for you if you have:

• Strong knowledge of Security, Risk Frameworks and software development best practices;

• Solid experience in a role of IT Security, IT Risk or IT Audit;

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire teams and maintain alignment between risk levels, compliance and business;

• Proficient in security services like Identity Management, Authentication services, Network security services (Firewall, Web filtering, Remote access, etc), Endpoint security Solutions (antimalware, mobile treat protection, etc)

• Any professional certification (such as CISSM, CISP, CISA) is a plus. Alternatively, experience working with international security frameworks - NIST, CIS, ISO/IEC 27001;

• Involvement in strategic transformation programs and international exposure represent a major plus;

• Good understanding of current and emerging technologies supporting digital business: APIs, Cloud, loosely coupled architecture, DevOps, etc.

• Excellent communication skills - capacity to present complex topics to a C-level audience;

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements around information security and privacy (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, etc) - nice to have;

• Available for limited and intermittent travel in Europe (mainly Germany) - approx. 10% of the time;

• Fluent in English.
