In order to protect and further develop the business, the company is implementing a worldwide Security strategy meant to strengthen its portfolio of products and applications and to drive a culture of increased security awareness of ownership.

As a Security Incident Manager, you'll report to the Global Head of IT Compliance, focusing on strengthening the company's security response capabilities.

This role best fits those candidates who feel at ease navigating into large corporate environments, finding their way and dealing with complexity and ambiguity that are inherent around large scale transformation programs.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Secure the coordination, communication, processes, reporting, action plan definition around Global IT Security Incidents;

• Coordinate IT security incident management: ensure that all stakeholders are involved, proper actions are taken and remediation plans are documented and implemented;

• Ensure that legal or regulatory requirements are complied with (working closely with legal departments);

• Work closely with Security Operations Center (SOC), Application Owners, IT Infrastructure & Operations, business owners and local CISO to improve global IT Security and update detection use cases;

• Lead and improve the DLP capabilities by leveraging on existing IT and security capabilities - O365 E3, web proxy, email proxy, endpoint security solutions, etc;

• Together with the business and project managers, define what data needs to be protected and how, what alerts need implemented;

• Identify processes, controls and tools to improve the company's DLP capabilities;

• Monitor the DLP alerts generated from the tools;

• Interface with many sides of the business, stakeholders across multiple regions and disciplines.

This role is for you if you have:

• Solid experience managing IT security incidents;

• Any additional experience in IT Internal Audit or Risk & Compliance is welcome (but not mandatory);

• Any experience dealing with security matters affecting the financial services industry is welcome (but not mandatory);

• Experience defining, implementing, maintaining and monitoring Data Loss Prevention security alerts is nice to have;

• Excellent communication skills, project management and teamwork across cultures;

• Experience working in large and complex international organizations where security is a critical capability;

• Fluent in English.
