Our client an international automotive supplier specializing in complex mechatronic components. With production and development locations across Europe, Asia and the Americas, the company supports leading automotive manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking a IAM Administrator to be part of the newly started Expertise Center in Sibiu (Cisnadie).

As IAM Administrator you will ensure the centralized management of identities and permissions in our IT systems. You will secure efficient access processes and provide support to our teams for all questions related to user and rights administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Active Directory structures, group policies, and user accounts

• Implementation and operation of IAM systems for centralized control of identities and permissions

• Automation of provisioning processes for user accounts and roles

• Integration of cloud services (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft 365) into the IAM strategy

• Monitoring and analysis of access logs to ensure compliance with security policies

• Collaboration with IT Security and Compliance to implement data protection and security requirements

• Support and troubleshooting for authorization issues and authentication errors

• Documentation of processes, policies, and system changes

To thrive in this role you would need to have

• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and IAM systems

• Knowledge of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks

• Desirable: Knowledge of Exchange or SharePoint

• Understanding of IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)

• Analytical thinking and structured working approach

• Strong team spirit and communication skills

• Good command of English language
