The Romanian development teams are at the core of the digital transformation journey, working across multiple initiatives, products and technologies, shaping the future of the banking world.

The company has recently selected ForgeRock, one of the global Leaders (as per Gartner's Magic Quandrant) to deliver the technology for Identity and Access Management.

This ForgeRock installation will be one of the biggest in the world, likely to touch a customer base of 20 millions across multiple companies and systems in the group.

As a IAM Engineer, you'll be part of the core force behind this installation, working with many other development teams to configure, integrate and service the new IAM solution, deploying everything in GCP.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Configure and develop needed ForgeRock integrations (micro services, APIs) for online and Mobile Banking, or other backend channels.

• Help increase the stability and reliability of the developed solutions, as well as the automated test coverage of the services to maintain.

• Evaluate and ensure that configurations and services operate flowlessly of the provided platform, even under high load scenarios such as more than 100.000 parallel user sessions.

• Act as a subject matter expert for service engineering related topics raised by the other engineers in the IAM team or from other teams integrating the solution.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Expert knowledge in the field of highly available and load-resistant customer IAM solutions - ideally ForgeRock, but we also welcome any experience with a leader IAM technology (Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft, etc);

• Alternatively, you have a solid experience on integrations and all challenges and solutions to prevent and overcome potential issues;

• Knowledge of modern access management approaches such as OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, Federation;

• Familiar with DevOps best practices including deployment automation tools, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative.
