Junior HR Operations Analyst (English)

Our partner is a well-established technology & operations center in Bucharest, part of one of the world's leading financial groups.


This position is part of the HR Operations team, which is in charge of performing HR admin & back office activities for the company's global subsidiaries.


The focus of the role is to perform various HR tasks (hire-to-retire) for its Swiss workforce (and others), following Swiss legislation and specific company rules.


This is the type of role that requires a high level of attention to detail, resilience, as well as superior self organization and focus.



Your key responsibilities will be to:


  • Handle administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire), in line with internal policies and Swiss employment regulations.


  • Process employment-related documents, including contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and termination letters.


  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.


  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers (ticketing system) in English for HR process inquiries.


  • Collaborate with internal HR teams (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, Benefits) to resolve employee requests.


  • Prepare and review standard HR documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, and official letters.


  • Ensure timely processing of requests in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in internal HR projects.


  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders in Switzerland and other global locations.




To thrive in this role, you'll have:


  • B2/C1  in English;


  • 6 months - 1 year experience in an HR admin role (ideally in a SSC/BPO environment)


  • Excellent communication skills;


  • Attention to details, ability to keep your focus during repetitive tasks;


  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills in HR area;
