HR Manager (Technology Company)

Our client is a technology company that develops software products spanning multiple industries: healthcare, pharma, insurance, accounting & more. Its focus on innovation and commitment to excellence are confirmed by a wide portfolio of customers using the company’s digital products in their daily operations.


The company has recently been acquired by a leading ERP group in the region, backed by two of the major investment funds in technology.


As it embarks on this new chapter, our partner aims for further growth and an even stronger impact in its market.


To support these ambitious plans, we’re looking for an HR Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in the development strategy and integration efforts.

*current HR team – 2 members+1. You’ll further define the needed HR structure based on priorities and goals.


The role operates into a matrix reporting system, with a local reporting line (CEO) and a functional one (Group HRD).




Your key responsibilities will revolve around developing and stabilizing the HR function, while fueling the company’s business goals for growth:


- Integration leadership – work with the leadership team and the Group HRD to identify business challenges and drive initiatives to secure a smooth cultural transition;


- Cultural development – foster a positive work environment that ensures preservation of the unique identity of the local firm, while building on the Group’s strengths;


- Talent management – identify and develop key talent (technical & leadership), ensuring retention of critical skills and knowledge: succession planning, talent development programs, etc.


- Recruitment & employer branding – support the company’s organic growth by attracting new talent from the market. Understand the company’s unique differentiators and turn them into powerful communication pillars for prospective candidates.


- Performance management – provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance related matters. Oversee performance management process, ensuring its alignment with organization objectives.


- Compliance – stay abreast of local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising the organization accordingly. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.




To thrive in this role, you’ll have:


- Proven experience in a senior HR role (HRBP or HR Manager) where you’ve worked with business stakeholders to shape HR strategy & initiatives;


- Strong business acumen: strategic thinking, change management, financial literacy, data-driven decision making, etc;


- Exposure to HR best practices, ideally crafted in a multinational environment;


- A genuine sense of autonomy – self starter with a strong mix of “zoom in” & “zoom out” abilities;


- Stakeholder management skills;


- Solid communication and presentation skills;


- Fluent in English.
