Senior HRBP EMEA (Technology)

We have an opportunity for a Senior HRBP who will operate at EMEA level, as part of the Global Technology division.


The employer (our client) is a worldwide leading services and payments organization, supporting Employee Benefits administration, Fleet & Mobility solutions and Corporate payment services across 40+ countries.


The Technology vertical that you'll be supporting spreads across multiple countries, with larger teams in France (Head office) and Bucharest (Technology Hub), but with significant representation in all major EMEA countries.


You'll focus on coordinating large HR initiatives across culture, organizational development or comp&ben, working with centers of expertise, Country HR teams and key stakeholders to secure alignment, delivery orchestration across markets and support.


You'll be a change agent for all your stakeholder groups, envisaging the "to be" organization and instilling the desire to move towards a new operating model.



Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:


  • You'll coordinate large HR programs across geographies in EMEA, working alongside Global Head of HR Tech, Global COEs and Leadership teams in the Global Technology division.


  • You'll act as a trusted advisor to local HR leads, bringing the international / group perspective and supporting their alignment.


  • Collect and consolidate feedback from the markets, feeding this to Group Centers of Expertise (L&D, Recruitment, Comp&Ben, etc) in their endeavors to design programs that best support the business strategy.


  • Develop a strong understanding of market level challenges, opportunities and legislations;


  • Stay curious and informed of any market best practices, amplifying these to a global level and scaling them up to the benefit of the entire organization.


  • Support local technology teams to adopt change and to move towards a global operating model in technology (including verticalization, "follow the talent" policies, etc).


  • Support the global Talent agenda, working with COEs and local teams to grow leadership talents and create the right international opportunities for them.


  • Get involved in recruitment processes for key leadership roles (top management level in markets or HQ).


  • The role involves traveling into the markets (EMEA) and HQ (France), aiming at developing and nurturing solid relationships with key stakeholders.



This role is for you if:


  • You have experience (and feel at ease) working in an international environment, with matrix structures and multiple stakeholders across geographies;


  • You've proved your leadership and stakeholder management abilities in a similar HRBP role;


  • You have excellent project management abilities, with hands on experience coordinating change programs across multiple markets;


  • You understand the technology universe, with its challenges and opportunities;


  • You can naturally zoom in and out, based on the task at hand, with multiple context switching situations;


  • You're open for travel (15-30% of the time);


  • English has no secrets for you.
