HR Business Partner

We have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner who wants to continue their journey into the tech world and contribute to the consolidation of teams, culture and HR processes in one of high caliber digital centers in Bucharest.


The employer (our client) is a worldwide leading services and payments organization, supporting Employee Benefits administration, Fleet & Mobility solutions and Corporate payment services across 40+ countries.


You'll be a change agent for all your stakeholder groups, envisaging the "to be" organization and instilling the desire to move towards a new operating model.



Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:


  • Partnering with the business stakeholders in areas such as employee engagement, L&D, Comp&Ben, succession planning - work with managers to help them understand their role in such      processes and take ownership for their part;


  • Work with business & HR counterparts in Group to define new streams of work to be picked up by the local center, including the creation of new structures and teams;


  • Coach and support managers in various people matters;


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders for talent decisions at organizational and individual level;


  • Work with the HR Centers of Expertise (local and global) to define and implement projects aimed at improving engagement, attraction and retention;


  • Responsible for handling the performance management process for the assigned department(s);


  • Analyze data, get insights and tell compelling stories that will support decision making;


  • Collaborate effectively across the HR community to ensure global strategies, policies and processes are effectively implemented and monitored.



This role is for you if:


  • You have relevant experience (and feel at ease) working as an HRBP or an HR generalist in a technology      organization/division;


  • You have strong knowledge of the key HR processes, with a focus on L&D and Talent programs;


  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills;


  • You can naturally zoom in and out, based on the task at hand, with multiple context switching situations;


  • Excellent planning and organizing skills;


  • English has no secrets for you.
