

Sourcing Manager - Global Real Estate
Our partner is a well-established technology and operations center in Bucharest, part of one of the world’s leading financial groups, supporting global business and technology functions across Europe and beyond.
This role sits within the Global Procurement organization and focuses on the Global Real Estate category, supporting sourcing activities related to capital projects, facilities management, and real estate transactions across the group’s offices and retail branches.
The Bucharest team works as part of a global procurement setup, collaborating with stakeholders and sourcing teams across major international hubs.
This role is responsible for supporting the Global Real Estate sourcing agenda, contributing to procurement performance, supplier management, contract execution, and cost optimization initiatives, while ensuring alignment with internal standards, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Work alongside colleagues around the globe to achieve sourcing objectives across the Global Real Estate category;
Contribute to supplier management activities, including supplier onboarding, vendor risk management support, order handling, and invoice processing;
Support the end-to-end procurement process, from requirements gathering and internal sourcing request creation to supplier selection, contract conclusion, contract handling in systems, and purchase order creation;
Participate in commercial and contractual negotiations, contract finalization, and coordination with legal and compliance stakeholders;
Support the development of annual and mid-term sourcing strategies for the category;
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the definition of project timelines, resource needs, and implementation steps;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and regional stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
Contribute to procurement initiatives in fast-paced, project-driven environments, including facilities, construction, or real estate-related activities.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
Experience in procurement, sourcing, stakeholder management, supplier management, contract administration, or facilities management;
Initial experience in procurement projects involving commercial and contractual negotiations, contract finalization, and coordination with legal or compliance teams;
Exposure to engineering, construction, facilities, or real estate-related environments would be highly relevant;
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across regions, teams, and functions;
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, documentation, timelines, and multiple procurement activities in parallel;
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and financial awareness;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken;
High self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
