

Recruiter - EMEA
Our partner is a well-established technology & operations center in Bucharest, part of one of the world's leading financial groups.
This role sits within the EMEA Recruitment team, which manages end-to-end hiring processes for key European subsidiaries including the Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and more. The team’s scope is continuously expanding as new markets are added to its service portfolio.
This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable building relationships across diverse geographies and cultures. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and candidates in various countries to support their recruitment needs.
Success in this role requires resilience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to juggle multiple recruitment processes and sourcing channels simultaneously.
Your key responsibilities will revolve around:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process (sourcing to offer stage) for a variety of roles, mainly in the banking and financial services industry;
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements, to advise and build trustworthy relationships;
Design and implement sourcing strategies using internal tools - Workday, Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, external agencies and direct outreach;
Guide candidates through the selection process;
Ensure data accuracy and process compliance in the ATS;
Contribute to recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
Strong track record in recruitment, with part of that experience involving international roles or markets;
Experience in hiring for banking, financial services, or other regulated sectors is a plus;
Experience using an ATS (ideally Workday, but any other ATS will do);
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluent in English. Any additional international language is a plus;
A proactive mindset, focused on building relationships, delivery and quality.
