We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Wordpress) to join the core team located in Corbeanca, Ilfov county.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company’s online presence and lead generation efforts. By helping the execution of innovative digital marketing strategies, you will contribute to reaching new audiences, strengthen customer engagement, and support the business development plans.

What you will do:

• The main task will be related to working with Wordpress tools in order to create and manage landing pages and adjust company's website according to requirements.

• Provide support to digital marketing campaigns (by agency) that promote the company’s products and services.

• Permanently work to improve SEO rankings.

• Plan, execute, and monitor Google AdWords campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Analyze marketing data and provide insights (reports) to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other departments and partner agencies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

To be successful in this job you will need:

Hard Skills:

• Expertise in creating and optimizing Wordpress websites and landing pages and SEO

• Some exposure to Google AdWords.

• Understanding of different social media platforms and their audiences.

Soft Skills:

• Self management and organization with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Romanian and English.

• To be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• To be trustworthy and reliable with a proactive attitude.

• To be a Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand technical aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

• We prefer a more technical profile (Wordpress), hence bachelor’s degree in IT&C, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Around 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

• Certifications in Google AdWords and SEO are a plus.
