We have an opportunity for a Data Program & Strategy Lead who will be part of a large scale Data Transformation program, enforcing the Data Strategy and roadmap execution, at the service of the global business units for superior operational business value impact.

The company has a digital center in Bucharest that employes technology talent on three key verticals: software development (including Data platforms & governance), cloud & infrastructure, information security. All teams focus on delivering international products and projects to the benefit of the entire group.

The Data Program & Strategy Lead reports to the Chief Data Officer and is part of a global transversal data team (50+). 

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Coordinate, deliver and facilitate: Data related organization & processes, Data platforms and prioritized data powered solutions and use cases, Data knowledge and Data culture dissemination;

• Prepare the global data strategy plans and ensure continuous communication to the executive committee stakeholders;

• Support the business units in defining local data strategy and local roadmaps;

• Follow up the global portfolio of use cases and the data powered solutions and ROI (AI, ML, automations, etc);

• Implement the Data Operating model;

• Animate the global Data community and increase the data acculturation across the global footprint (46 countries).

This role is for you if you have:

• Experience implementing a Data Strategy or other Strategic Global Transformation programs;

• Excellent project management & consulting skills built on a solid technical foundation;

• Strong communicator, adapting style to all levels in the organization;

• Able to understand the detail, while never losing sight of the big picture;

• Ability to draft business cases and run a well rounded opportunity assessment, mapping the relevant data products;

• Leadership skills;

• A consistent track record of delivering complex and innovative projects that meet and exceed business requirements;

• At ease in changing and ambiguous environments, inherent during transformations;

• Good understanding of the technical Data ecosystem is a big plus.
