The company has set up a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for a Process Mining Specialist to join the Global Product Architecture team and play a key role in building, scaling, and delivering process mining capabilities at global level. 

This role sits at the intersection of process excellence, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with strong exposure to international leadership and Digital | SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and further develop the process mining methodology in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization;

• Consolidate business and technical requirements for process mining use cases and tooling;

• Manage and support the implementation of the selected process mining tool (CELONIS), working closely with internal and external partners;

• Develop and deliver a process mining service for internal customers, such as global process owners and business architects;

• Build and maintain process analysis dashboards, translating data into actionable insights - make use of Celonis, SQL, PowerBI / Tableau, etc;

• Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities;

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting data-driven decisions;

• Contribute to the further development of the process mining service in alignment with ongoing SAP S/4HANA rollouts and global digital initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Strong hands-on experience in process mining, process analysis, or data-supported process improvement initiatives;

• Experience working with process mining platforms (e.g. Celonis or similar);

• Good knowledge of SQL, Python / R, Power BI / Tableau;

• Ability to translate complex data and process insights into clear, structured messages for business and senior stakeholders;

• Confidence in working with international stakeholders, including senior leadership profiles;

• Independent, proactive, and assertive, while remaining collaborative and pragmatic;

• Experience working in complex, corporate or industrial environments is an advantage;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong command of English.
