Our partner is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has setup a business services center that unites professionals from Romania across a wide variety of technology and operations roles.

We are looking for a SAP Business One Specialist who will serve as the main contact for international Sales Units in regards to IT support and finance-related service requests. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an in-house consultant and Central Application Management expert for SAP Business One, particularly in finance operations;

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage external implementation partners;

• Create and maintain SAP Business One reports and SQL queries to support evolving finance processes; 

• Provide first level communication and assistance to internal customers on finance and general support topics;

• Collaborate with 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support teams, as well as with external IT vendors and partners;

• Work closely with the operations department, offering both technical insight and administrative support;

• Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with agile methodologies (ex. Kanban).

To thrive in this role, you will:

• Have proven experience with SAP Business One, ideally with a focus on Finance module (SAP Business One certification);

• Demonstrate solid understanding of finance processes and workflows in SAP Business One; 

• Have advanced technical knowledge of SAP HANA and MS SQL databases;

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
