Our client an international automotive supplier specializing in complex mechatronic components. With production and development locations across Europe, Asia and the Americas, the company supports leading automotive manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking a BI Developer to be part of the newly started Expertise Center in Sibiu (Cisnadie).

As a BI Developer you will design, develop, and continuously improve BI solutions that enable reliable, data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will contribute to the stability, transparency, and performance of our data landscape by ensuring robust data models and high-quality reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various source systems

• Develop and maintain scalable data models for analytical purposes

• Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making

• Perform testing and quality assurance activities for data models and reporting solutions

• Optimize and continuously improve existing BI solutions with regard to performance, data quality, and usability

• Create and maintain documentation for processes and KPI calculation logic to ensure transparency and traceability

To thrive in this role you would need to have

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the Business Intelligence field

• Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience with ETL processes

• Experience with Data Warehouse systems, ideally SAP Datasphere

• Experience with BI frontend tools, ideally SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema)

• SAP ERP knowledge as an advantage

• Good command of English, written and spoken

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working approach
