We have an opportunity for a Junior BI Analyst to strengthen his/her skills and grow into the Data processing field.

Our client is a large HR company, leader in its field. You'll join a small technical team that supports the company's payroll division (salary processing) to process and automate calculations for thousands of payslips every month.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyze payroll-related data;

• Support the creation and maintenance of Crystal Reports for payroll analysis;

• Use Visual Basic for Excel (VBA) to automate reports and streamline processes;

• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide analytical insights;

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to have:

• Basic knowledge or interest to learn SQL;

• Knowledge or interest to work with BI tools, such as Crystal Reports;

• Technical education (graduate) - ideally Cybernetics      and/or any Master's degree in Databases;

• Any previous experience in a support or data processing role is welcome (but not mandatory);

• An eye for the detail and an analytical mind;

• Customer orientation;

• Problem solver;

• Motivation to learn both on a technical and functional level.
