Business Analyst: Remote Romania
You will have the chance to work with one of the leading European companies in the field of specialized machining solutions, with a history of more than 100 years. You will be one of the tough minded characters who will shape the modern sales processes and flows.
The company is based in Germany, acts in more than 30 locations worldwide is embarking an extensive digital transformation strategy. The role is part of the headoffice Global Processes team, but will be located remotely in Romania.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of a team that will shape the most relevant and impactful key performance indicators for the sales process of the company. You will cooperate with all the departments and business units that are linked with the sales.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Analyze and monitor business processes using appropriate systems (e.g. Power BI, etc.)
Define and monitor of key performance indicators to visualize impact on efficiency within the sales process
Provide valuable input for continuous improvement
Develop, define and establish appropriate reporting in collaboration with IT colleagues
Continuously refine the reporting tools of the sales departments
Propose and drive change initiatives in order to contribute to the digital transformation strategy
Controlling and reporting of all relevant measures to increase efficiency within the sales process
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
Professional experience in the areas of process analysis, data analysis, reporting and visualization
Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel, Access)
Power BI or similar experience as a must
Advanced knowledge of business processes with focus on sales, ideally with SAP ERP
Structured, analytical and process-oriented thinking and acting
High degree of independence, personal responsibility, communication and team skills
Fluency in English both written and spoken (German would be a great plus)
University studies: business informatics, industrial engineering or similar
