The company has a proven track record of 10+ years in the enterprise data integration and management space, growing consistently year on year and supporting Fortune 1000 customers making sense of the data (among them AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone, GlobalPayments, etc).

The company's platform processes data from multiple systems, enriches it with real-time insights and transforms it into a patented Micro-Database - one for every customer, based on particular requirements. 

To maximize performance, scale and security, every Micro DB is compressed and individually encrypted. It is then delivered in milliseconds to fuel quick, effective and pleasing customer interactions.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll join the core product team and will work alongside other senior DevOps colleagues to design and build a superb Cloud Operation running on all major clouds, such as Azure, AWS, GCP. The intention is to enable intelligent automation to support the product CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring, Alerting, etc.

In your DevOps Engineer role, you'll:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, alerting and self-healing system according with DevOps standards;

• Be part of the team designing the architecture for the offering to run on Azure and ensure it has the highest availability, performance, security and operational efficiency to support multiple customers;

• Resolve technical problems and facilitate escalations with the Systems Engineering teams;

• Identify gaps and bottlenecks in deployment pipeline and recommend solutions or suitable alternatives in support of a growing DevOps footprint;

• Collaborate with Site Reliability Team and Software Support Application teams.

• Support the Pre-sales and Innovation teams running customer POCs for other cloud platforms.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to:

• Have solid knowledge of cloud (ideally Azure, but other public or private cloud knowledge is also welcome) - architecture, design, development, delivery of distributed applications;

• Be proficient with Python programming language;

• Ideally, you've been part of a SaaS/PaaS setup and you're aware of its challenges;

• Deep understanding of Linux and networking concepts;

• Experience building scalable infrastructure in cloud;

• Expertise in leveraging Automation / Devops principles and ability to to apply best practices for infrastructure and software deployment with Terraform / Ansible / Puppet.

• Speak English at an advanced level.
