We're looking for an Area Sales Manager who knows the B2B sales game. Someone who can build long lasting relationships with business partners and close deals like a pro. 

The role covers Cluj county and the surrounding region.

Our partner is one the largest HR groups in Romania, who’s looking to add a new talented regional sales manager to their sales team. The company partners with a wide range of business partners across all industries.

Your focus will be on expanding the portfolio of HR services, particularly on: permanent recruitment, temporary workforce solutions, payroll, consulting or various other HR outsourcing services.

This role best fist those candidates who are smooth talkers, inquisitive and persistent and who have a talent for building relationships and crushing targets.

Your key responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Hunt for new business: prospect for new clients and uncover untapped opportunities in the allocated market. You'll understabd their needs and shape solutions that best solve them.

• Close those deals: Put your persuasion skills to the test as you navigate the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation. Seal the deal with confidence and finesse.

• Build relationships that last: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations at every turn. Be their trusted advisor and go-to resource for any upcoming needs or cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams – stay close to the delivery process, by collaborating with the various teams across all business lines (recruitment, temp work, payroll, etc), IT or marketing to ensure solid delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

• Stay ahead of the game: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Stay one step ahead of the competition by constantly innovating and adapting your approach to meet the evolving needs of your clients.

• Crush your targets: Set ambitious sales targets for yourself and go after them with relentless determination. Track your progress, celebrate your victories, and learn from your defeats.

• Grow your network: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

What you need to succeed in this role?

• Proven track record: You're a sales champ with a track record of success ideally in B2B sales. No previous experience in HR is required - you'll grow to love the HR solutions environment.
