We are looking for a Technical Architect, i.e. a highly experienced engineer to lead the technical architecture of product integrations, cloud migrations and consolidation into a single software platform.

This role's mission is  to lead on evolving the new product set and platform to a higher degree of sophistication, mentoring, and coaching engineers and resolving the more difficult issues, should they arise.

In this role you will:

• Design architecture changes of existing products to achieve gradual integration into an unified platform.

• Implement PoC's to test feasibility of the designs.

• Work with stakeholders and development teams to make sure agreed-on design is implemented in optimal manner.

• Work with product team and stakeholders to translate design changes into backlog items.

• Track impact of new deployments (performance, cost-effectiveness).

• Keep architectural and deployment documentation of product suite and components up to date.

• Assist development/infrastructure/support teams where required.

To thrive in this role, you will need to bring:

• Solid experince in relevant fields such as Software Development, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure or Architecture.

• Flexibility to work with any programming language as needed, based on previous experience with C/C++ or  .Net or Python or JavaScript or Ruby on Rails.

• Good understanding of cloud technologies, databases, Linux operating system, operating at scale, service monitoring and optimization.

• Assertiveness and good communication skills (let's not forget about fluency in English).

• Excellent analytical and design skills.

• Ability to think outside the box.

• Familiarity and/or work experience in areas of Computer Networks, Data Science, HPC, complex IT environments, will be considered a plus.
