We are recruiting for our client, a software development company based in Bucharest an Application Tech Support .

The company works with major banks in the Gulf area, hence the job requires business trips on site, i.e. UAE, and comes with an interesting financial gain.

You will have the chance to provide technical support for Java based banking applications and work shoulder to shoulder with the bank's software development and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• you will ensure support for the migration of an existing banking application to a new architecture;

• you will get your hands dirty in the testing environment;

• you will ensure the smooth interaction with a bundle of different systems;

• you will will work at the heart of new releases in accordance with the agile methodology;

• you will be the contact for the engineering teams on-site.

Requirements

• at least 1 year experience with enterprise Java applications;

• working experience with  banking applications would be a plus;

• very good English skills;

• very good communication and customer orientation skills;

• software engineering related university studies.
